Indian Head Massage: This ayurvedic massage releases tension and stress from the upper body, addressing specific Marma points in the head, neck and face.  It enhances circulation to restore and balance energy.

Workshop 1- June 11, 2023 Family Meditation & Mindfulness Time 3-4:30 pm

                       Learn fun and effective ways to connect and create a quiet space 

                       in your home to self regulate in times of stress.

Workshop 2 - July 8, 2023 Release & Renew Time 6:30-9:30 pm

                         When nothing else has worked and you need extra support.  This workshop          

                         provides  a new way to experience how to let go of repeated negative thought                                                                                                                                                                          patterns and provides you with a sense of clarity.

                        Guided meditation, movement and a cacao ceremony included.  

                        Please bring a note pad and pen, yoga mat.

Workshop 3- July 22, 2023 Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath. 6:30-9:30 Give yourself the gift to chill

                       Bring  your favourite blanket and let your senses be restored for 2 1/2hours with

I will be teaching  meditations for pre-teens and teens and workshops at the New MOVE studio in New Westminster, starting  June 2023.

How is your coaching different from other coaches?  By asking specific questions and addressing the most pressing issues we can go to the heart of an issue with precision and neutralize the emotions around the problem very effectively. Why five sessions ?  This is recommended to dive deep into one specific problem. It allows us to bring clarity and access inner peace.  Can we schedule more sessions if needed ? Yes, and to allow for more aspects of several issues to be addressed.  Will this help with physical pain?  One of my clients had success in decreased back pain in our first session.
