meditate ? Everyone has their own way. It’s just a matter of finding what works for you. Walking in nature and connecting to the elements that bring you to a calm place inside. Years ago I was training for my first mini triathlon and found that while swimming I got into a zone of meditation with my breath. For years now it’s automatic that I wake up between 3-5 AM and sit up and meditate between 15 minutes to an hour. Then fall back into a very deep sleep. If you’re interested
