Michele Labelle is an adventurer, world-traveler, and has a love for self inquiry. 

Her career in Respiratory Therapy of 16 years and gave her a unique view on the breath. Her meditation and healing practices started in 1996 which lead her to yoga while on a retreat in Encinitas CA in 2002. She started teaching yoga in 2003.   Her passion for teaching Yoga to teens started when she volunteered for Yoga Outreach at the prison for teens BYS for over 7 years. This led her to initiate a yoga program in adolescent mental health at BC Children’s Hospital in 2005. She has facilitted many transformational retreats around the world.

 What she brings to people in her life is a sense of being honored, grounded and confidence in knowing their body through yoga, breathing and an inner awareness of self.  

Her focus now with these changing times is an inner path.  She has had many coaches and teachers over the past  30 years. Coaching now is her passion and includes many modalities, that bring new perspectives in one life.   These journeys are a gift to your soul and an invitation to re-discovery your purpose in life.
